Back pains sucks! 15 Statements to say to yourself when you want Relief.

Today I got the results from my X-Rays and the doctor says I’ll need at least 3 months to get back into tip top shape. I figure since my blog is fairly new and I’m online all the time that I should post these statements where I will see them frequently. These come from my favorite affirmation book “Heal Your Body” by Louise L Hay.

All the Social Media Experts I know say add VALUE and a quick Google search shows that over 6 million people a year get a car accidents, my quick analysis tells me I’m not the only one that will benefit from these statements. I hope you or someone you know with back pain finds value from reading & implementing this.

The way the book is laid out is the author has the ‘problem’, the ‘probable cause’ and the ‘new thought pattern.’ The statements below are the new thought pattern in referenced to these terms/problems:  Back pain, lower, middle, upper, Neck problems, Nerves, Pituitary Gland, Spinal Curvature, Slipped disc, Stiff Neck, Stiffness, Dizziness, Cervical Spine 1-C, Lumbar Spine 5-L. I did not include in this blog the probable cause to each problem and statement. More can be found in her book.

Listed below are 15 statements to help relieve back pain with new thought patterns:

I know that Life always supports me.

I trust the process of life. All I need is always taken care of. I am safe.

I release the past. I am free to move forward with love in my heart.

I love and approve of myself. Life supports and loves me.

I center myself in safety and accept the perfection of my life. All is well.

I am peaceful with life. It is with flexibility and ease that I see all sides of an issue. There are endless ways of doing things and seeing things. I am safe.

I communicate with ease and with joy.

My mind and body are in perfect balance. I control my thoughts.

I stand tall and free. I love and approve of me. My life gets better every day.

Life supports all of my thoughts; therefore, I love and approve of myself and all is well.

It is safe to see others viewpoints.

I am safe enough to be flexible in my mind.

I am deeply centered and peaceful in life. It is safe for me to be alive and joyous.

I am centered and calm and balanced. The Universe approves of me. I trust my Higher Self. All is well.

I deserve to enjoy life. I ask for what I want and I accept with joy and pleasure.

Louise Hay has been an inspiration to millions. You can learn more about Louise Hay here She also has a FanPage on Facebook with over 50,000 fans.

I carry her book around with me as I travel because  she has statements for minor pains such as: acne, gout,  joint pain  to more advanced issues like cancer and various diseases. I find so much value in her work and am frequently texting friends new thought patterns for various health concerns. She connects the mental causes for physical illness and provides the metaphysical way to overcome them. I’m not a doctor and this is not intended as medical treatment, but it is something I’m adding to my recovery process. I do believe our beliefs and our words have a very powerful affect on our body and that the old saying of ‘garbage in, garbage out’ applies here. Therefore, I am encouraged to put good in.

The Dreamosity way is to get curious instead of playing the victim. My curiosity led me to this book and these daily affirmations. What pain are you ignoring? Don’t you deserve to feel healthy?

If you’d like to find more about your particular point of pain, please leave a question in the comments section and I will do my best to share the information.

  • Hey Marcelle! Good post and thanks for the comment on my site. Well, I don’t know if I have blogging down, but I appreciate the compliment. Still learning about it myself. Yes, I’ve heard of Louise Hay and have a book she wrote called “Power Thoughts.” It’s filled with similar affirmations as you list here. She’s a wise lady. I have studied a lot about LOA and I use affirmations myself. The biggest key I’ve found (and you probably already know this) is that you don’t want to just say them, but make sure you feel them and even picture them in your mind. This is key to reprogramming your subconscious mind. So, in this case you’re focusing on healing so you would want to fully imagine and visualize how you would feel to be 100% healed or imagine what you would be doing, etc. But yeah, back pain sucks!

  • Hey Brandon – You’re very welcome. I totally agree, it’s important to see ourselves as the whole and complete physical body. Good additional touch :)

  • A friend called yesterday wanting the affirmation for a sore throat. I just emailed what Louise’s’ book had to say:

Throat – represents avenue of expression, channel of creativity. SAY: I open my heart and sing the joys of love.

Sore Throat – represents the inability to speak up for one’s self. Swallowed anger. Stifled creativity. Refusal to change. SAY: It’s okay to make noise. I express myself freely and joyously. I speak up for myself with ease. I express my creativity. I am willing to change.

  • Louise would suggest that Pneumonia has a probable cause ” Desperate. Tired of Life. Emotional Wounds that are not healed.” Use this affirmation: “I freely take in Divine ideas that are filled with the intelligence of Life. This is a new moment.”
