As cold seasons weakens myself and my friends I keep asking myself – what’s good about this? What’s the benefit here? There must be something.
One of my favorite books has become my best friend again this time of year. My little blue book from Louise Hays on healing your body. She teaches the mental causes for physical illness and the metaphysical way to over come them.
I guess a few of the good things are:
1. You catch up on much needed sleep.
2. You get to experiment with new flavors of tea.
3. You learn what cabbage is and thats it’s awesome in stew.
4. You get a chance to catch up on some reading, and tv.
Last time I wrote about her is was after my car accident on back pain, you can learn those 15 great affirmations here.
Below you will find the physical symptom followed by what Louise says is the potential emotional suffering. In deep purple, you will read the positive affirmation to help your mind over body solution. Some say its crazy, some of us want to share with others. Enjoy.
