I have to say, I support everything in your article, but Nancy did not “coin” the phrase Verbal Harmlessness. The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price published in 1987 discusses “Verbal Harmlessness” as a principle of Abundance and positive energy.

p 51 “Verbal Harmlessness. The Wisdom Teachings also tell us that criticism, verbal abuse, selfish speech and words of hate darken the soul…. ‘Harmlessness in both thoughts and words is the destroyer of all limitation’ “

Good article Marcelle – though it's not exactly directed toward my gender – I enjoyed reading about the brainstorming on the book. He has a new book out as well that's pretty good. The 5th Agreement, I think.

What an amazing, inspirational blog…I love it!

There's nothing better (if you're a woman – or I guess maybe even if you're a man, LOL) than networking exclusively with women. We work on a totally different level and are able to make incredible connections with each other.

Awesome agreements. When we all learn to live with these truths in mind success will be inevitable.

Great advice here! I especially like the “don't take anything personally” counsel. In business, we all need to learn the valuable lesson of detaching ourselves from the outcome, put our heads down, and simply stay focused each day on what will help us progress towards our goals. The results will take care of themselves.
